« As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

« Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette petite maison , avec 4 chambres accueillant plusieurs lits. Elle dispose d’une salle de bain, toilette et cuisine commune. Nous étions deux adultes et un enfant et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au calme et bien desservi par les bus et métro. On vous recommande cette maison. »

« It was difficult to get the exact address from the host, even when we were parked on the same street and looking for it. The area was nice and the property was nice overall, and the hamper was very nice and welcome. However, some surfaces were very dusty and under the bed and sofa were absolute filthy, which I found out when I dropped something and had to retrieve it and my arm emerged absolutely covered in dust and hair and general dirt. »

Nous sommes contents de cette location malgré des défauts à corriger pour les prochains hôtes : Extérieur négligé, pas de sèche cheveux et de grande casserole pour des pâtes pour 4... La réponse à ma question sur le sujet : allez en acheter une, on vous remboursera) La couette du haut est carrément moisie. Les oreillers très minces... « It was difficult to find the first time. Probably more my GPS fault than anything. Once arrived, I had to walk around the area to find my lodgings. GPS said "you have arrived" well, that wasn't good enough. I walked around till I found it. I slept in the twin bunk room. The bottom bunk bed was very uncomfortable. Mom slept in the queen bed and said it was very comfortable. Bring your own toiletries as they are sparsly provided. The shower floor has no slippage protection. I did mention this to...

« Keepers cottage was lovely. It is absolutely ideal if you have dogs. There is a large enclosed area where your dogs can run plus there are spacious kennels if you need to go out and leave your dogs. We didnt use this as we took our dogs with us but it was great to have this option. The bedroom, toilet, shower room was downstairs and the living room was up the stairs. There was a lovely balcony leading off from the living room where you could enjoy the views, unfortunately we didnt get much use...

« This house proved to be an idea l place to spend a few days with grandparents, children and grandchildren. The facilities were fantastic and allowed us to enjoy our holiday despite very poor weather. The warm enclosed swimming pool enabled the grand children to improved their swimming skills and the movie screen and projector allowed the adults to catch up on some movies. I hope we get chance to return before long. »

« Eoin met us at the drive as the cottar is tucked away. He then proceeded to give us his family background and ideas for visiting. There was a stocked kitchen complete with wine and crackers and a cozy fire crackling when we arrived. The inside is a lot bigger than pictures do it justice and we enjoyed unplugging from life for a few days. The location of the cottar is very convenient to the co op, restaurants and anywhere in the island. Honestly, it was heaven! »
