"Stayed there 1 night as i was attending a convention at NEC. It is closed to it that is the main good point of this place. It is expensive, old, super strict on rules, times and procedure. Rooms are old. No plug near the beds for your phone, lack of noise isolation, old furniture. My door was banging every time somebody around was closing there's.... let's say it makes early morning it you deceided to sleep in. Staff is nice but will not do more than what they are paid for. Happy mood is not included either. The pool is nice but the place is huge and a maze, My room was at the opposite side of the reception, pool and restaurant and this is not a nice walk. A good choice if you have no choice."

"I come to make a report concerning this accommodation. Very unpleasant welcome, unsanitary premises, staff present but non-existent no dialogue no empathy no service while waiting for the preparation of the rooms. Very very disappointing"
