« Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going. »

« Really great location, loved that. Excellent to have secure off street parking. Nice complimentary snack basket. The beds were comfortable. However, please note that the economy studio has one tiny high window, but is essentially a windowless block bunker under the back of the building. There is no natural ventilation, light or outlook. « Poor breakfast. I had to complain to have something else than coffee powder. Some days the fridge was not filled with cold dairy . The bed was big and comfortable. The room was clean but not matching what I was expecting for a deluxe room. No desk to work on your computer, so tiny bathroom. Impossible turn in the bathroom even less in the shower. The shower was so small. Not a bad place if you know where you will sleep but be aware you leave in a confined place. I'm also not happy because my...

« Pratique et agréable. Personnel très accueillant. Parking très pratique et gratuit. »

« La chambre était super propre et silencieuse. »

« We liked that our family could stay in one room. Edward was very helpful in getting us checked in and sorting out how to use the entrance and elevator. The building is very secure, which made us feel very safe being in downtown Auckland. This was a great hostile for us to walk to the University and explore a little downtown. »
