You arrive to the AHAL II condo reception where you will be asked for your reservation details. The tower is the #4 and the apartment the N1. The apartment first door has a code that will be given to you when booked. The second door to the tight is the one to the studio. The keys will be in a box with code, also given to you when booked. There is only one floor of steps to arrive.
Other things to note
You have free access to the parking lote. You need to buy your own water as the tab whaler in Tulum is very bad. Yow will have access to loundry area.
