« It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss. »

« The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed. »

« The home is spacious, but there are some things that should be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaks terribly. The cookware is absolutely horrible. No can opener. No oven mit or kitchen towels. The provided beach wagon was broken and we had to carry everything to the beach. This was a challenge with small kids. The other provided beach gear is also either broke or in poor shape. The hall bathroom shower only worked part of the time. The air quit working during our stay, but someone was there later...

« This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. « I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still...
