« Valet service excellent but hotel quite dirty from entrance tiles filthy with dirt, stains. Chairs in lobby stained, hallway rugs absolutely filthy (took photos) handful of pistachio shells on floor outside my room & still there when I left 2 days later, pool dominated with large pool toys floating for 2 days, pool deck filthy with stains, refuse.
