« Location, location, location!! It doesn't get any better than this when it comes to location! A short walk across the street and you are at the beach. The beach is way less crowded, so we were able to setup in the same spot everyday. This is in a quiet neighborhood away from the condos, but it's close enough to all the things that Panama City has to offer.The only negative that we had was the cleaning crew, we had to wait to enter the property because they weren't finished at check in time....

« We were able to check in early because cleaners were done. They said. Enter location to a smelly toilet FULL of poop! Contacted management by phone and text. Sending someone out. We were finally relocated the following evening. No one ever came to resolve the issue. Disappointed with management. Rented because it was dog friendly. We had to put our 15 year old girl to sleep the night before our trip. Asked for my pet deposit and cleaning fees back. As of two weeks later. Still no refunds. I...

« Honestly after booking through VRBO for 10 years this is the best most thought out layout for bigger groups and best location. Being pet friendly also is very beneficial! « The property is perfect! Clean, modern, and close to the beach. It's great for R&R on the screened porch, close enough to the beach to spend the day without the hassle of travel, and near the touristic activities in Rosemary and Panama City Beach. Clay is a great host, communicates promptly and thoroughly and goes above and beyond to make sure all is comfortable.
