« This hotel was dirty, room was extremely small and old with a dingy looking bed. The parking lot had many old looking vehicles with men hangung out in the parking area. The hotel was located off the main road in a corner section with little safety night lights. The hotel condition was extremely poor, Do Not Book!!!! »

« Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could. »

« I reached out with a text to property manager and he responded that day to ask me about the sink and then I texted him with all of the stuff I found wrong with the location. He said he was sending someone and never did. »

« It's a newer Tru and very nice property. Right beside Topsail Hill and there's a Donut Hole right down the sidewalk. You can tell the staff really cares and takes a lot of pride in the property. The Wednesday night reception was something I'd never experienced before at a smaller hotel. The king rooms are great for two people. If you have more than two, then you'll need a larger room. »
