« We came to celebrate our anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! The views were perfect and we loved the direct private access to the beach. Everything was wonderful! »

« Very clean room, perfect location and view. The building and grounds were impecable. Bravo to the staff for that. I love that the property is entirely smoke free. My only suggestion for the property would be to add some basic recycling efforts. »

« Stay was great overall. Easy access to the beach and loved the shuttle service. The only downside was how they said it was a breakfast buffet available for additional charge. I paid the extra fee for the amount of my stay but, to find out it was not buffet style it was à la carte. It was still good with great service from the hotel staff. Just giving others a full disclosure on this. »

« The only thing I didn't like was that the room cleaning wasn't completed—they didn't replace the glasses, they didn't clean the shower, and one day they didn't clean at all, leaving neither water nor coffee. »

« STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

« Host was very accommodating-good with response time.We were disappointed that the pool that was supposed to be heated was not and was told that it wouldn’t be until November when it was very clear that the weather wasn’t going to get better before then. Therefore we were able to enjoy the pool only the day before we left for our home. The location of the condo is excellent but could use some updating and need to replace a few basic things. Overall a decent stay but not great! »
