« Check in was easy, however, we reached out multiple times for parking passes that were supposed to be on our vehicles and never rec’d them. Owner told us not to worry about them and we never had any issues. »

We did have an issue in that it was not nearly as ADA accessible as we expected which required us take some significant actions so that a member of our party (wheelchair bound) could even get into the unit. I suspect that is the case with most facilities in the area. »

« We had a wonderful week at new moon tide. Heather is a fantastic host and had some great suggestions for local excursions. I highly suggest kayaking at cypress springs as my wife and I had a blast. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Although the weather was not ideal for us, the front porch swing makes for a cozy and cool place to read a book during a rain storm. The backyard/pool is everything you could want in a private oasis. We also really enjoyed the location of this property....
