« Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. »

« Great location of convenience. Super friendly and helpful staff. The entire property was well maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable and we like to keep our room cold which is usually not possible but we were frosty from the steaming heat outside. Everything you need is within walking distance. Get the beach package! You will NOT regret it. Amazing! »

« Chambre « Big Easy » type cottage en bois très bien agencée : grande salle d’eau, bonne literie, Wifi efficace, parking devant la chambre, très tranquille. Établissement dans les pins, toutes les chambres sont accessibles aux handicapés (rampes d’accès, douche). Petits déjeuners copieux avec des produits frais préparés sur le moment par la propriétaire. Un bed & breakfast typique style Floride des années 60-70. Emplacement idéal pour des randonnées à pied ou en vélo dans la région. »

« What a great resort for our family! After spending a week in Seaside in a home, we decided to end our trip at a glorious resort… And it was! Beautiful grounds, gorgeous, interior design, and biking throughout the property was fun! We also spent several days lounging at the fabulous pool! A++ »

Communication system w property mgmt is excellent. Only real issue was spotty cell service, but that’s the case all over the area & not at all fault of property mgr/owner, but noting for potential remote workers as may be challenging. « We liked our unit at Mistral. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. C’est juste dommage que la literie était désastreuse. Le lit était tellement mou et vieux que je pense que le matelas était mort !
Le lit c’est quand même le plus important !
J’ai demandé à changer mais il n’y avait pas d’autre chambre après la 1ère nuit.
