« Très bel hôtel à Sandestin avec personnel charmant Bon restaurant,je recommande surtout pour le dîner, moins pour le petit déjeuner. Sinon bel endroit avec magnifique plage et golf à côté 👌 »

« Beautiful property. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities but it is a gorgeous property and we loved where it was located. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk. »

« Superbes terrain de beach volleyball, plein de p’tits restos et sur la belle plage blanche. Excellent spot! »

« Several advertised amenities were not available. The pool codes never worked, there was no security booth to pick up the wristbands, both propane tanks were empty, and there were no beach chairs or umbrellas as listed. We also had a water leak from the living room ceiling. The property description should be updated to accurately reflect what is actually provided. »

« Wonderful experience. beautiful room and wonderful amenities »

« Staff, facility, beach, pools, were all very nice. Highly recommend »

This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband...
