« First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from great food, right across the street from the ocean, and super close to the venue. The room was spotless and so comfortable.
