« The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. »

« I booked my stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Miramar Beach through Expedia and was incorrectly charged multiple times directly by the hotel. Before checkout, I addressed the issue in person and was assured the charges would be reversed and that a parking fee would be removed due to the inconvenience. A week later, I still have an outstanding $362 charge and a $30 fee that were supposed to be removed. I’ve called twice and was told it would be handled and that I would receive a follow-up...

« The room was spacious and clean. The restaurants were nice. The only thing was that my family and I went on an excursion, we were dropped off by the tram and wasn’t told we had to get our own way back. Otherwise, it was a great visit! »
