« Taking into consideration all of the issues below, we did enjoy our stay. Very well laid out house with so much room you could go the whole week and not see each other. Great location with quick beach access. With that said, there were some issues with the house: 1. Bugs: we found numerous bugs (some very large) around the house, including in the kids bunk beds. 2. Both dishwashers are very difficult to use. One was leaking and both had bottom racks that fell every single time you pulled them...

« The house was spacious with a walking distance to a private beach. It’s nice to have a private beach since the public beach nearby was packed during the day. The weather wasn’t nice when we stayed but having a big pool saved the trip. All the kids and adults loved the pool. I loved the fact that the management was just a text away. They responded very quickly and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. Definitely recommend this beautiful house! »

« The property was perfect. We were a bigger group of 16 and had more than enough room. Not to mention multiple king suites all with their own bathroom. Everyone felt like they had their own space under one roof. The location was fabulous. The street and surrounding area felt very safe, we walked almost everywhere. AND even better the beach was literally a block away with its own private entrance so we avoided the busy public beach area and crowd on the beaches and in the water. I can't say enough...

« The property was very nice. The layout of the house is perfect for a big family especially the kitchen & eating area. We had 23 people & did not have to worry about where everyone was going to sit. The house could use a few updates, like replacing the sliding glass doors in bedrooms & going out to the pool area. Overall it was a beautiful home, nicely decorated »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfin Sea. The beach house is beautiful and accommodated our family of 15 very well. The location and views are absolutely gorgeous. The living room furnishings are a little tired and need updating but overall we had a wonderful experience. »

The location was perfectly situated right across the gulf, with its own private beach entrance! The pool and hot tub were clean and the bonus was the splash pad for the kids!
