« Great place to stay, very clean and had everything a family could need. Will say the walk to the beach is kinda far so if you have littles you will be driving or renting a golf cart. Otherwise, great condo »

« We just had our 2nd perfect stay at Sunnyside, and it's quickly becoming a tradition! We highly recommend it for the perfect location, and amenities.
Perfect location: In the middle between two beach access points, and 5 min walk to restaurants, bar scene and stores. The house feels secluded so you can't hear any of it. Two neighborhood pools, including one right next to the house. Plus the traffic is much lighter in Santa Rosa than Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary etc.

« We loved our stay here. The location is perfect with a community pool across the road and beach access in a walkable distance. The home was plenty big for our family and we enjoyed having dinner on the upper balcony. »
