« The resort is excellent and the fact that there are various restaurants on property makes it so that you do not need to leave. The staff are efficient and this new concept they have adapted that you can text them what you need makes it a 100% easier to get things handled during the stay. Bell service was mega efficient, you call, they show up in minutes and were very friendly. The reason I won't give it a 5 star review is due to 2 reasons. 1, carpet in the entire room just does not work. It...

« Its crazy to have the staff use the same elevator as the guests. Especially in the morning, when guests are checking out, going to breakfast, and u have cleaning crews with big carts trying to use the same elevator. Have them come in earlier or later after beast checkout time. It was crazy this morning going to eat breakfast and then trying to check out. Every elevator had a cleaning crew, with a large basket, and guests had to wait a long time for a elevator. »
