Located in a high rise building, this beautiful two-bedroom apartment has unbeatable views of the famous Liverpool Docks and waterfront, with bright floor-to-ceiling windows. It is also located in the heart of Liverpool's trendy Baltic Triangle district - just a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions.

Whether you are exploring the city or staying in the apartment to chill out - we are sure this apartment will suit your needs.

The Space:

‱ Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, Nespress coffee machine, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
‱ A washing machine is also provided!

Bedroom 1:
‱ Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
‱ Decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table
‱ Bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows - enjoy lovely morning views or the city lights at night.
‱ Has a Smart TV for online streaming and an ensuite bathroom!

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is just a 6 minute's walk away from Liverpool's renowned Cains Brewery Village, home to Cains Brewery, Red Brick Vintage and many more independent traders.

Liverpool's Baltic Triangle area, situated near the apartment, is home to many of the City's best independent bars, cafés and restaurants, including:

You are also just a 6-minute walk from the Baltic Market, Liverpool's first street food market. Truly a place for everyone, there is something for all, from bubble waffles to frozen gin slushies!

The apartment is a 15-16 minute walk from Liverpool's central attractions including the famous Liverpool One shopping centre and the Albert dock tourism spot.

Getting Around:
The apartment is within walking distance to many tourism spots. There are also regular buses heading all over the city, whether you're going to Sefton Park, Liverpool One Shopping Centre or the Albert Docks, busses run frequently and are very convenient!

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town - you can easily catch one outside Lime Street Station.

Although the property does not come with parking, it is generally easy to find free on-road parking along Stanhope Street. For a local, secure car park we would recommend:

Other Things to Note:
The apartment protected by modern keypad lock - completely safe with key card acccess for the lift and the building. It is located on 20th floor with a lift in the building.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
