We indeed face some challenges with the trash being washed up to the shore during wet seasons. We do our best to not just cleaning up the beach and added beach cleaner team but also we avoid the use of single plastic in the resort for the last 9-10 years , purify our own water, reuse the water waste and carefully hand picked our suppliers .We are glad that you had the chance to enjoy the pristine beach on your second stay and we hope that we will have another opportunity to welcome you back.Best regards

Dear RafaelThank you for taking the time to share about your experience staying at Jimbaran Puri. We are pleased to learn that, in general you enjoyed the stay . About the debris on the beach, it's a rather challenging situation we face, as expereinced by some other beach locations around the world, at certain times we face serious issues with plastic and debris in the ocean which washed up to the shore (including Jimbaran bay) . During the wet seasons, we increase the number of our beach cleaning team and beach cleaning schedule . While the resort does all we can to limit one use plastic (we purify our own drinking water for the rooms using glass bottles, we have no one use straws or any other plastic items in the bar or in F&B), unfortunately we have no control of what is happening outside the resort and how the rest of the world handling the waste. Nevertheless, we continue and consistenly finding ways to work with local communities and government to create a better beach experience for everyone. We are sorry about the pool temperature as we don't have pool chiller. Bali does have a lot of sunlight in Summer especially this year where it can go up to 31 degree Celcius. Indeed, there are cooler period where you can revisit Bali and we do hope that we will be able to welcome you back then . Sincerely
