« Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again. »

« This property is huge for a city apartment. Our family of 5 (two parents, three kids) had plenty of space. The newly updated kitchen is very pretty. It is a short walk to many restaurants and Lincoln Park Zoo. The property manager was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again. »

« The host communicated well. The area was busy but felt safe. I felt it was expensive for the location. Very clean. »

« Our team had a one day conference in Chicago. Although it was near the highway it wasn't very loud. Decent neighborhood and the good part is that it was near the highway. Lower level bed is uncomfortable, no other way to say that. I still give it 5-stars as it is as advertised. Communication with owner was timely. »

« They provided snacks and were welcoming and friendly. Cute neighborhood with good places to eat within a block or two and very close to the parks! My only note is that it smelled a little off and it may have been to do with the AC being in a window near the dumpsters behind the property? Not sure because the house was spotless! Maybe a glade plug in or such to keep it smelling fresh? »

« This is a truly unique place to stay in OKC. We booked to have a place to crash after driving up to see a punk band play at Tower Theater. While this rental wasn’t the closest to the venue, the themed accommodation looked fun and interesting and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The host has done an incredible job transforming this 2 bedroom 1 bath house into a real life story book that I will definitely want to pick up and read again! If you have discriminating, artful, or psychedelic tastes you will love...

« Dirty, animal hair everywhere, stunk of animals, mouse traps everywhere, mouse poop all over, clothes in the dryer, shower faucet was half broken, bed sheets and animals hair, not a 4 bedroom as advertised, air mattresses all had holes. Not at all acceptable for a "vacation rental", 2 nights we stayed and it was not cheap, I expected way more. »

« Loved this property. Very clean and we had everything needed do an enjoyable weekend. Remote controlled blinds made me feel super fancy. lol. We had a flamingo themed graduation party for my daughter. As luck would have it, there were several items in the house that had flamingoes on it. Overall, we will be looking to stay again when we come up to visit now that my daughter is working at OSU. »

« We had a great time! The Red Barn was just what we needed for some quiet time to relax and take our time in St. Charles. The location is the perfect distance from the main street so you don't have to walk far to find something to do, but it's also not right on the "main drag" where you'd have people walking by all the time. Thanks for the hospitality! »

« Great location and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the fridge & ice maker. T.V. & fireplace were great & loved the big table for our games. Liked looking at the books. I couldn’t find the hair dryer and disappointed not to have coffee our first morning and had to go to the store to buy. Please have the key available for the back door lock just in case anyone would need to exit for emergency. »

« The house and location was perfect for our group trip to Chicago. Ample rooms and beds for everyone, and host was extremely responsive throughout the process and our stay. Walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again! »
