« The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood is is quiet which we love but close to downtown St. Joseph and neighboring towns. Would definitely stay again. »

« The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. Dishwasher was broken, washing machine smelled really bad. Outside landscaping, everything was overgrown and unkept. The path to the driveway...

« This home has plumbing issues, when you flush the toilet the water comes up from the sink, the tub takes along time to drain out the water and it was other renters complaining about the same thing.The owner tried to be slick and try to blame me and my family, I honestly think they are scammers and just trying to get that insurance money off of each renter. »
