« We had a fantastic stay at this Green Duck! The location is perfect with incredible views of Seneca Lake, and the space was just right for two adults. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and well thought out—everything we needed was provided, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. « We completely enjoyed this property and location in general. We were there for a week and had never been to the Finger Lakes before. We loved being right on the lake. The house was well stocked. It was a nice location for us. We also felt access to most things we planned to do was perfect. »

« Wonderful for our visit to Finger Lakes wine country! The home’s deck overlooking Seneca Lake was relaxing. Home was equipped with anything we needed. Comfy beds, kitchen for small meals. Excellent communication with owners. Throughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep. »

« Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for...

« We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. »

« The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather. »

« Great location right on the lake. The house had everything we needed for our family reunion for 5 nights. We rented the pontoon boat for a day, very convenient and fun! I recommend this home for a nice lake vacation. »

« Great location on the Lake. We sat on the beautiful dock enjoying the peace and quiet of the lake. Well equipment. Communication from the Host was timely and instructions clear for checkin and parking. Nice Parking space and easy access to cottage. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
