« As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Great motel, clean, comfortable room, reasonable rates, convenient to everything in the area - lakes, museums, wineries. Pretty quiet for being on a fairly busy road. Nice people own/run the place. »

« Hôtel situé tout près du campus universitaire de Geneseo. Le site grandiose et magnifique des Chutes du Niagara ne se trouve qu'à 1H30 de route.C'est une superbe balade à faire sur une journée ! L'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine et d'un spa pour un moment détente trés agréable ! »

« Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. »

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...
