« We soent 12 days here and we had everything we needed to make us feel as if we were home. »

« We were very pleased with our stay. Most important, it was CLEAN. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids under 10. The bedroom with bunks doubled as a play room with toys suitable for this age group. The laundry room toilet helped in a pinch. The living areas downstairs are all large - kitchen, eating area, and two living / sitting rooms. « The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories! »

« My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. The sitting areas very charming and overall the house was very clean!We didnt want to leave and hope to return again. »

« This is a wonderful place for a big-family get-together. There are many bedrooms and we easily accommodated 15 people (10 adults, 5 children). The game room in the attic was a huge hit. The property itself is lovely too, with a huge yard and some adjacent woods with a walking path. I definitely recommend it! »

« We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood.
