« The new owners of the property are doing an excellent job of taking care of the property and taking care of their guests. We also enjoyed meeting the director of Security (Rex). The Breakfast was excellent both mornings during our stay. Excellent job! Hope to see you again next year when we travel north next summer. Thank you once again (10/10). »

« Julie was such an amazing host and keeps the nicest, cutest bed and breakfast we've stayed at. She really shines in all the little touches around the property like the snack and coffee bar, the locally sourced toiletries, she even left a little sprig of lavender folded into the towels. You would be correct in assuming all that attention to detail comes through in the breakfasts as well, she made us a burrata and pesto omelette that was to die for. « Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away. »

« This property was a 10 out of 10 for us. If you get to stay here you will love it! We were in town for a friend’s wedding and were lucky enough to book a room here.
Valerie and Jason were amazing hosts, the breakfasts were delightful and the entire home was beautiful and cozy.
Our hosts gave us great suggestions on places to eat and wineries to visit. Canandaigua in the summer was stunning. We both hope to return and stay again! »

« Beautiful setting next to idyllic summer lake town. Melanie Soberon, owner was on site during the days. She and her staff were very helpful, recommending local restaurants and points of interest. Will definitely stay here again! »
