Whether you’re staying for just a couple of nights like we did or longer it is just so peaceful, cozy, and has everything you really need. We were in town to visit the Naples grape festival and to be honest we both couldn’t wait to leave the festival and get back to the cabin to just relax and play our scrabble on the back porch! The communication with Gary and Dawn anytime we had a question was amazing!...

« We had a wonderful stay—everything was just as described and even better than expected. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, which made our visit easy and enjoyable. Great views at the end of a dead-end street - little traffic noise. The location worked perfectly for us, and we would gladly return or recommend this place to others. »

« Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. »

« Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through! »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"Hôtel très récent, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner correct. Nous avons été bien accueilli, même si cet hôtel fait en sorte que tout soit géré à distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit déjeuner, qui aurait mérité d’être nettoyée. "
