« Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away. »

« The house was very nice! Much bigger in person than the pictures appeared. The location in the lake was perfect-easy to get to the northern or southern part. The communication was fantastic as well. We’ll be back! »

« Very nice, clean, and pet friendly home in quiet lake front community. Not too far from many wineries and parks. Hot tub in the evenings was a perfect way to wind down. Helpful hosts who communicated just enough and had plenty of toiletries and accommodations for our dog. »

« To be perfectly honest when we entered the room we thought 😮 WOW !!! We should sleep like babies . . . The room was the size of a babies room and it may as well have been fitted with furniture from a small camper. We have stayed in nicer tents than this room! Description of the property was quite deceptive to say the least as well as the description of the surrounding area and availability of amenities and activities. Extremely disappointing and the price was absolutely ridiculous 😡 »

« Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique...

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...
