« We (two couples) spent three nights here. The lake is beautiful and the stairs down to the lake are new and well-constructed. The house is really nice, with comfortable beds and pleasant bedrooms, an excellent common area leading to a pleasant porch. Backyard is a good space. Bathrooms and kitchens are well set up. The hosts are very nice and welcoming. »

« Great property and Great Lake experience! House and property were great and allowed plenty of room for everyone to spread out. On a very quiet street. Only con is the roads nearing the house are very tight and tricky but doable. Will be staying here again! »

« Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful for a large family. Comfy guest rooms and ample bathrooms make it easy for lots of guests. So many spaces for different activities and fun little quirks to discover. We did a little hunting about the history of the property and found out some interesting facts about the home and stories of previous owners. Some of the outdoor areas, (treehouse and teahouse) are showing their age and could use a little love, but everyone enjoyed finding and exploring...

« It was spacious and comfortable, lots of windows and light, beautiful view of the lake, and well built so people can branch off or hang out together. While it rained the whole time and we countny enjoy the lake as much it was still beautiful and we loved the porches and balconies »

« This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The location on Keuka Lake is fantastic—perfect for family of teenagers. The beach cottage was great for the boys and the expansive dock was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Be prepared for a lot of stairs though—it’s definitely a workout, and you’ll quickly learn not to forget anything on your trips down to the beach!The house itself was very well set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay....

« This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"HĂŽtel trĂšs rĂ©cent, chambre confortable, petit dĂ©jeuner correct. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli, mĂȘme si cet hĂŽtel fait en sorte que tout soit gĂ©rĂ© Ă  distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit dĂ©jeuner, qui aurait mĂ©ritĂ© d’ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e. "
