« This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The location on Keuka Lake is fantastic—perfect for family of teenagers. The beach cottage was great for the boys and the expansive dock was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Be prepared for a lot of stairs though—it’s definitely a workout, and you’ll quickly learn not to forget anything on your trips down to the beach!The house itself was very well set up and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay....

« The property was great had a large yard for the dogs. We went in the fall so we didnt care about water activities but the hot tub was also a nice feature. And still active when we were there.There could have been one more full bath but most properties in the area dont have that either. Washer and dryer are in the master suite which might be a little inconvenient if you are staying a week with a lot of people. Also the washer is a front loader and needs a cleaning cyle run every month and left...

« Cozy, Charming Cabin in a Tranquil Setting My husband and I and our two pupsters enjoyed a wonderful three-day getaway here (only wish it were longer). The cozy, lovingly decorated cabin is located on a secluded, tranquil property with lots of land for long walks. « Great property and Great Lake experience! House and property were great and allowed plenty of room for everyone to spread out. On a very quiet street. Only con is the roads nearing the house are very tight and tricky but doable. Will be staying here again! »

« We had a wonderful visit at Captain Jack's. Beautiful view. The home was very nice. 1 issue we had was one of the bedroom's sheets were dirty. They looked like they did not get changed from the prior visit. So we just changed them with the extra set of sheets we had. not a big issue. »

« This property was perfect. Location was great, nestled between Keuka State Park and Sugar Creek, we could walk to a small preserve and to the State Park. Close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and more. The house literally sits on the water and it's easy for kids to walk in. There is a large side yard as well. The house was clean and roomy for three of us. The welcome package was great - we had a dog and they included dog treats and a ball! Loved everything about this place. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "

"HĂŽtel trĂšs rĂ©cent, chambre confortable, petit dĂ©jeuner correct. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueilli, mĂȘme si cet hĂŽtel fait en sorte que tout soit gĂ©rĂ© Ă  distance. Il y a donc peu de personnel, cela s’est ressenti dans la salle de petit dĂ©jeuner, qui aurait mĂ©ritĂ© d’ĂȘtre nettoyĂ©e. "
