« We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. It was fun cooking, eating, and playing Uno in the farmhouse kitchen, and the back yard was nice for our nephew to kick a soccer ball around. The scenery is lovely, with large hills in front and behind, and the location, about halfway between Watkins Glen and Corning, worked out well for us. « As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »
