« The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast so we can't comment on that. There was decent water pressure in our room (219), and inside it was decently clean. Though this is advertised as a non smoking hotel, the second floor literally reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke, which made the floor feel dirty. « The room was dirty and had paper towels in the floor when we got there. We opened the drawers and there was ketchup and mayonnaise packets. The nightstand drawers had mouse droppings in it. The floor was also busted up in front of the bathroom door, and the bathroom light fixture had no cover on it. « It took about 15 minutes to wake up the front desk attendant so that I could check-in after a long day of travel. She acted annoyed that I woke her. I said that I was about to leave & find another hotel because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. She completely ignored my comment, she didn’t attempt to apologize. »

« Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering.
