« Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem....

« Staff was very helpful and courteous. The room I stayed in had mold on the towel holders.. that is the reason for my star review. At the price per night and additional pet fee, there shouldn’t be a trace of mold anywhere. »

« Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious. »

« Older hotel with small bathroom with a couple upgrades that made it tight, door hit bowed shower rod when opening into bathroom. Noise from truck traffic on I-75 noticable in our room at night, made sure AC fan was on continuously to help mask noise. »

« Staff was excellent both checking in and out. Quiet location and comfortable bed/room. »
