« The food at the Piedmont Restaurant was not good. The menu was too sophisticated for the staff to execute. The lodge rooms were updated, but not very clean. There was a bridge in the gardens with rotted wooden slats and steps, and one section of the rail was missing altogether. The staff was friendly and helpful. »

« This was a decent hotel in a great location. You are minutes away from the mall of Georgia and all the shops and restaurants that comes with that. You could get to lake Lanier and Alpharetta pretty quick. Again, great location. The hotel amenities weren't great nor disappointing. OK at best. The staff were great and helpful when they could be.
