We came back from our event and had to park in other hotel parking, Several parking places would have been open had there not been so many vehicle's with trailers taking up 4 to 5 places. « It took about 15 minutes to wake up the front desk attendant so that I could check-in after a long day of travel. She acted annoyed that I woke her. I said that I was about to leave & find another hotel because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. She completely ignored my comment, she didn’t attempt to apologize. »
