« First off, this owner was so kind, so compassionate!! She responded to our request for an early arrival not only promptly but so warmly. We were in town for a funeral and when we arrived, she had left a personal note along with an orchid plant for our family. (We took the flower to the viewing & explained to the family where it came from & everyone was so touched at the extraordinary gesture by our sweet VRBO host.)
