« We had a hard time getting bath towels replaced in the room. The shower drain was stopped up and you would wind up in 7 inches of water while showering. There were some very loud barking dogs overnight and early in the morning. The hallway outside our room had a vomit odor to it. We have stayed at this property before and this is the first time we’ve run into so many issues. »

« The cabin itself was nice - clean. Unfortunately, we experienced very cold temperatures and the heating elements couldn't keep up. That said, we would visit again. (The area surrounding the cabin - wilderness within the city - was exactly as described, and beautiful.) »

« The breakfast was very good! The bed smelled very clean and fresh, and was super comfortable. The air conditioner and the bathroom fan were very loud. No frills, but overall a very good pick for us traveling through. »

They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him...

« Room was clean and good. Breakfast was disappointing. Hot water was empty for tea, had to get someone to fill it; water had sign that said lemon infused water but not a hint of lemon in it; sausage links were heated in water rendering them somewhat tasteless; some of the empty tables were not cleaned. »
