« The room was very clean and NO evidence of bed bugs. Bathroom was immaculate and the hallways were quiet all night. The check in process was less than 5 minutes and the breakfast is amazing. Scrambled eggs, bacon bits mad from real bacon, home fries, cereal, pastries, coffee freshed brewed by the cup and the lady who was working the food area was constantly busy keeping the area clean. Definitely a great place to stay. »

« The staff were very nice. I was able to get help anytime I asked. The room was okay. Checking in and out was pretty much seamless. The mini fridge had enough condensation on it that it was gathering in the floor, and the room was not serviced daily without asking. The room had a slight mildew smell because there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. »

« Lukewarm water for shower. Stale cigarette smell in hallways and elevator. Staff members were very nice. Didn’t not use amenities or eat breakfast. »
