« The Saloon was so cool to stay in! The front porch was great to sit on and the back had a gorgeous view. It was not convenient to get food (or anything else for that matter) but this was made clear ahead of time so we went prepared. The road was flooded out when we got there but this was also a warning ahead of time and we had a truck so had no issues. We'd go back for sure. This was our favorite place to stay out of an 8 hotel trip. »

« This house is perfectly situated for exploring not just Fort Davis, but all of the surrounding areas. We were able to get to Marfa in 20 minutes, and Balmorhea in 30. It’s walkable to the Main Street/downtown area where you can pop into funky shops and meet the lovely locals. We must have gone to the Stone Village Market at least once a day during our stay for iced coffee, food, and an insanely delicious banana cream pie.We felt at ease in this house, and very much enjoyed all of the thoughtful...

« We enjoyed our stay at the No Stock Ranch while we visited Big Bend. It has a huge porch with great views. Two large bedrooms and two large baths. Big Kitchen and Living. Great for families or people who need separate bedrooms and want to visit / cook at home. Hosts were very helpful. »

« We selected this property for a family get away as it was centrally located to the places and events we wanted to experience. It also provided space, comfort, seclusion and privacy. The observation deck on top of the shipping container was a big hit and excellent way to observe the stars at night while being off the desert floor. The home was very comfortable with all the amenities. We would highly recommend this property for all it has to offer. »
