« The property was lovely and well maintained. It is secluded and quiet. We honesly didn't spend much time there though. We were visiting family and had a pretty full schedule of events. »

« This was a combo work/ play visit for me--3 days of work interspersed with hikes and enjoying the mountains. All my work was video calls and the internet was NO problem at all, if that is important to you.It was awesome to be able to take my lunch breaks on the deck overlooking the creek, and I definitely took advantage of the hot tub. « The house was very clean and well kept! Plenty of space and the outside yard was very big! The neighborhood was safe and much to our surprise, a short walk to a beautiful river! It was close in proximity to downtown! Sara & Marvin were easy to get in touch with and were very responsive! The house is well stocked with everything you could need! The banana muffins were a sweet touch! I would recommend this place! »

« Absolutely loved our stay at yellow mountain cottage! Check-in was super easy, the house itself had just about everything you could need in terms of toiletries, linens, towels, and spices/cooking tools, which was really nice to not have to worry about. It was very clean and upkept, and such a cozy little home. We had so much fun in the creek, the scenery was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend! »

« This was my first VRBO rental and it was beyond perfect! I grew up in Weaverville and it was wonderful to be able to stay in town and walk to all of the places and people I wanted to visit. The guesthouse was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We will stay here the next time we come to town! »

« Such a unique experience. Gave a weekend stay to my family of boys who love The Hobbit and anything adventure. The set up inside is so cozy and we loved having the fireplace outside. They really thought of everything to make our winter stay cozy and enjoyable. Enjoyed being close to the ski slopes as well so great location for that and some good restaurants nearby but feel somewhat secluded when you’re at the house which was nice. »

« Very relaxing laid back perfect size house for me and my wife. Coffee on the front porch in the morning listening to birds and enjoying the sunrise. Beds were comfortable. We can't wait to stay again. »

« This is an adorable cabin right in the beautiful town of Hot Springs NC. The view from the front porch is amazing. You are in walking distance to many excellent trails. The cabin is right beside the Appalachian Trail for starters. In a five minute walk you also can be at Big Pillow Brewery, which has delicious beer and a great taco stand. In a six minute walk you can be at Hot Springs Natural Mineral Spa where you can soak in a private tub along Spring Creek. I highly recommend this special...
