« We decided to take our two girls to the NC mountains for the first time since we normally head to the beach. So glad we did because we had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size for the four of us and really nicely outfitted. (We looked online and saw the “before” pictures of the chalet. The owners did an amazing renovation!) « Were very impressed with the communication from the listers. House was very clean. Beds could use a little upgrading but we didnt want to complain because we were just so incredibly blessed to be away. Quiet and very close to the marina. The slip wasnt quite big enough for our boat so we used the marina right before the neighborhood and they were amazing there. Beautiful place, beautiful stay, and lot's of memories. »

« Our family of 6 stayed here for a week from 10/7-10/14. Our GPS took us straight to the property. Glad we didn't come in at night time though, as the twists and turns up the mountain are tricky the first time. The best part of this property is definitely the views! The kitchen is well stocked with dishware/cookware. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper and plenty of towels. Six adults with 2 bathrooms did require some planning, but overall was not a big problem....

« We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was nicely decorated, and not overly so. And I love to cook, even on vacation, and really appreciated the cabinet full of various spices. We found out that the "keys to your trip" email did not provide the access info to the home and that the owner typically provides that the morning of check-in. We had such a long drive on the day of check-in that we would have preferred the info before the arrival day, and for that reason, I did not give a "5" for...
