Déçue
Ce n’est pas un resort. La piscine est minuscule et peu pronfonde. Pas possible de faire des vraies longueurs. Le buffet du petit dej est juste correct, le café imbuvable par contre chose assez incroyable, le thé vert est payant! L’hotel Ne fourni pas d’eau. C’est à vous de quémander de l’eau au bar mais ça ne fonctionne que si vous avez une bouteille vide à remplir! Le lit est inconfortable et grince. Les chambres sont grandes mais pas insonorisées. Le spa est très cher et la carte des boissons et repas aussi. En plus l’hotel Est perdu au milieu de rien, compter au moins 15 minutes de marche dans les pots d’échappement pour rejoindre la ville. La navette est peu pratique puisque pas assez fréquente et se terminant tôt.

Hôtel reposant et dépaysant
Très bon accueil. 2 chambres spacieuses et communicantes avec nos enfants au 1er étage comme souhaité. Très bon restaurant servant à toute heure, qui propose des repas occidentaux et locaux. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Hôtel à l'écart du centre-ville donc calme. Plusieurs navettes gratuites sont proposées par l'hôtel pour rejoindre le centre d'Ubud. Belle piscine. Cadre verdoyant.

Personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable toujours prêt à vous rendre service, vous conseille... la chambre était parfaite grande propre moderne et très confortable. Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner copieux fait à la demande. Le service de restauration est également parfait Je recommande grandement cet hôtel a tout le monde, aucune déception!!! Le meilleur hotel de nos vacances nous y sommes retournés 1 nuit après un premier séjour de 3 nuits.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Daily shuttle (am and pm) to downtown Ubud which was helpful. There are a few restaurants around the resort that are fairly good, especially Waybu Coffee Eatery, but also a quick ride into Ubud for more options!

Mein Zimmer hat gestunken, es tropfte durch die Badezimmerdecke und es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche! Das schlechteste Hotelfrühstück während meines gesamten Bali aufenthalts! Der Pool war AUGENSCHEINLICH toll.. Nur wird er 0,0 gepflegt - das Wasser ist furchtbar und nachdem ich darin baden war waren meine Haare grün (nicht rauswaschbar mit Shampoo) - für alle Blondinen: NICHT DARIN BADEN!!! (falls doch: weicht eure haare danach in Vitamin C Brausetabletten ein-das begrenzt den Schaden) NIEMALS würde ich dort nochmal unterkommen!!!!

豪華リゾートではありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気、接客、部屋の広さ清潔さ、小さいけどゆったりできるプールなど価格と比較して満足できる小規模ホテルです。安いときには一部屋60US＄程度で泊まれますので、英語ができて、足が確保できる方なら選択肢に入ってくると思います。 難点はウブド中心部へのアクセス。シャトルサービスは1時間に1本程度と使いにくく、タクシー前提となります。ウブドエリアはGrabは2019年時点では使えません。また中華系の団体さん利用があるようでカブると静かな雰囲気が壊れます。あとはレストランは味と雰囲気は悪くないのですが夕食は40分は待たされます。（調理が遅いのはバリ島あるある） とはいえコスパは高いホテルです。

Beautiful resort but unaccomodating staff
The resort itself was beautiful. Great spot to unwind and relax. The customer service for such a high rated resort in ubud needs a lot of work, sadly not very accommodating and language was quite a barrier sadly. The Shuttle service to ubud needs to be more frequent rather then every 2-3hrs especially when he vehicle is just sitting their for hours on end and on check out we asked if at all possible they could please drop us off at 12 to centre ubud and they said no times of shuttle are 10 and around 2pm. Less star rated places in ubud and Bali surrounds have very accommodating staff and language was no barrier. The breakfast was not hygienic and food left out should be covered as flies land on the open air food with no cover. Rooms are very clean and the resort itself is beautiful.

The property is nice, but a bit remote and not close to anything. This makes it very peaceful and quiet. It is a $6-$10 taxi ride to and from Ubud central, if you go outside the scheduled times for the free shuttle. The thing we didn't really like was the breakfast. The only thing that was served hot and fresh was the cooked eggs. Most of the other items didn't even have the warmers turned on to keep them hot, so things like bacon and sausage were served cold. When I asked them to turn on the warmers, it seemed like a lot of effort. Most of the food is uncovered, which in an outdoor dining facility meant that there were lots of bugs and flies around the food. Most of the staff were very accommodating and eager to please and the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean.

Hotel good, food okay
It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. The only sad thing was the breakfast. Not many option and not do good taste

The room was amazing and the staff were amazing. We really only had 2 complaints. The pool looked kinda green and more like a little pond than a pool For swimming and the wifi was not very good in our room sometimes. About 1/3 of the time.

Amazing staff and beautiful resort
The most amazing place I've ever stayed at. The staff were so nice and very accommodating. Definitely would choose to stay here again. Absolutely fell in love with the place

Staff were very nice and friendly, nice drink were provided when we arrive, portion of the breakfast included were huge, food from their menu were also nice and fairly priced.
