« We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

« Great service from all the employees, from check in to check out. Not to mention the restaurant employees were all amazing and really kind. We we celebrating an anniversary and they had our room decorated to surprise us ! It was so beautifully arranged ! The view was great and the room itself is pretty large and nice. The only thing we can say negative about this hotel is it needs maintenance. Wood in the shower is due for change and wood on floors as well (outside on the balcony). It looks like...

« Our stay at Mereva hotel was exactly what we needed. This boutique hotel was right on the beach, we had breakfast with our feet in the sand in the morning, could go snorkeling right in front of the hotel (the hotel provides canoes, fins, water shoes…), the service was great, the hotel and the area are very quiet and you can even go to a mangrove Cenote where a crocodile lives 2mn walk from the hotel. »
