« It was exactly as described. The place was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was nice and we enjoyed the little town. My only complaint was all the seaweed. It was in large piles all over the beach which made the beach in front of the place pretty useless. »

« Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. « We absolutely loved staying at Villas DeRosa!! The owners were so easy going and helpful. They answered questions immediately. Our luggage got lost and Tony called the local airline for us to assist (as we dont speak Spanish). We had the bottom floor that walked out to the beach, which we loved. Plus it kept the unit cool.
