« When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

« The condo was great. Very spacious and a beyond wonderful deck. It was a very beautiful condo and a nice location. The pool and dedicated beach chairs were amazing. It was fabulous to have the Mayan Beach restaurant on site. The food was plentiful and delish. The condo was visited by the maids every two days. The condo was very clean. Overall highly recommended. »

Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day.
