« The stay was very enjoyable. The condo was beautiful! It was like walking into a HGTV show. The owner supplied all our needs for the stay except our personal items and food. The neighborhood was exceptional and quaint. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed each night! »

« This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe »

« I stayed one night in the condo(with a preteen) and booked for two, it was nice for a weekend trip if you weren’t planing on staying in the condo the entire trip. Definitely a place to lay your head. But it also just felt so empty it wasn’t giving homey feeling like I’ve had with other rentals in the past. Something just felt off I can’t explain it but it was an odd feeling. But the queen size bed LOVED it I’ve never had a more comfortable bed to sleep on and the host was always quick to respond...

« Checking in the credit card they used didn’t work and I was asked to pay myself after I had already paid. I messaged through vrbo…which came up leavetown instead of vrbo…. But they called the front desk and it was straightened out. It was difficult to be put in that position at the end of a long drive. I would recommend contacting the property directly. It was a great stay with comfortable beds, outdoor pool, fridge, dishwasher, stove and kitchenette supplies. I would stay again. »

« Location was great and convenient to plenty of food options and bars. Can be a bit loud lat on the weekends due to the bar across the street and motorcycles on Baxter, but war plugs were provided and did the trick. Only other issues noticed was the oven didn’t work and one of the burners on the stove wouldn’t light, but these were not an issue for us as we just cooked on one burner. The unit is very spacious and feels like home. »
