« This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. »

« We stayed at this property and it was great for our family. Close to restaurants, Lou City soccer, and a skate park. Our boys got good use out of the dartboard too and we enjoyed family movie night on the giant tv in the basement. The front bedroom was a little loud with street and foot traffic at times but with the extra bed in the basement we didn’t use the front bedroom. We loved the decor and overall vibe of this unit. The parking was close, free and convenient too. »

« Very Clean, great view and walking distance to everything downtown. My husband and I and another couple came in to explore the bourbon trail. We started in Louisville and ended in Lexington. Great place to end our week. fyi: we had a note to leave the dishes in the sink. The dishwasher appeared to have a problem with the door closing properly. We needed to wash our dishes. No big deal for us, just putting it out there. The DW may be fixed at this point. »

« We stayed here when we had our first trip planned to Churchill Downs. Before we headed downtown we noticed the air kicked off and the touch screen thermostat in the hallway went black. I text the host about it because it was 98 degrees outside and before we got back from downtown Sean had the AC fixed and cool inside! « Overall, we enjoyed the condo. It was roomy (1500 sq ft), clean, and in a very convenient location. We liked that it was all on the main level. It was close to everything (downtown, restaurants). Parking is close to the door and is dedicated to the complex, which made unloading, loading, and taking off to visit the area very convenient.Communication could have been better, but that is about the only nitpick. Overall, we would definitely recommend. »
