Chère Caroline,Nous apprécions beaucoup vos commentaires concernant votre séjour au Novotel Southampton.Nous sommes absolument un établissement acceptant les animaux domestiques. Cependant, nous avons du personnel travaillant avec nous qui évite les animaux domestiques, mais ils n'abordent pas négativement les animaux car ils ne sont pas à l'aise, mais nous les accueillons à bras ouverts dans l'hôtel.Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour l'inconvénient.SincèrementNovotel Southampton
