« The room was clean and cute. It had a comfortable bed and a desk and that’s all we really needed. The area was fairly quiet and a great location to catch a bus or take a quick drive to the parts of city we visited (The Loop and Hyde Park). We had access to street parking directly in front of the property. The shared common areas were a fun aesthetic and very tidy. Online communication with the property managers was timely and direct. We definitely enjoyed our brief stay :) »

« Our room was lovely, the bed was comfy. Lots of lighting and temperature options so we slept like a baby. The bathroom is shared with other guests, so as long as you have courteous fellows, it was a spacious, clean bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the large living area, but it was easy to check in and check out and lock ourroom door as each room has its own key. Thank you! »

« Awesome experience. Beautiful spacious room. Full access shower. Nice sofa that could have slept two more people comfortably. Nice quirk was a record player and LPs. We called down and requested more albums. »

« Family-friendly, quiet, perfect for a family or friends vacationing in Chicago. The apartment is very clean and the host was always available and responded quickly. The next time I come to Chicago, i will definitely stay at the apartment [if available]. »

« At one point, Rainbow Motel.may have been down, but the new owners are worki g to turn the experience around. What you get: a clean room with TV and a comfortable bed and shower. But, youre also RIGHT across from arguably one of the BEST bakeries in the country (Weber's Bakery -fresh morning sonuts and pastries), around the corner from Chicago's most popular beef sandwich (Portillo's), within a 2 minute walk of several other restaurants as well as an Aldi, Walgreens and Ace Hardware. BUT......

« We stayed in this comfortable, quiet apartment for four weeks when my husband was undergoing radiation treatments for cancer at the University of Chicago Medical Center. It was just what we needed. The location—a block from Lake Michigan with its endless miles of parks and green spaces—was spectacular, and we spent long hours walking our dogs and biking along the lake on the beautifully landscaped walking and biking trails. The apartment itself is well appointed, clean, and blessedly quiet...
