Tip if you're looking to accommodate a group for graduation: We had 10 stay at this property ("Unique Massanutten Lodge") and two sets of grandparents stay at the Massanutten Resort Hotel (2-3 mi. quiet, easy drive up the mountain). »

« The property is amazing. The grounds are professionally maintained with plenty of space The view alone is worth it! We were a family of 5. We found plenty to do and the house is stocked with all your needs. Bring your suitcase, food, and sit back and relax. »

« Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi...

« We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home this past Memorial Day weekend! The house is spacious and comfortably sleeps 14, making it perfect for our entire family — even our dog loved it, happily running across the three floors.The mountaintop and valley views from the balcony and kitchen/dining area were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. « Wanted a large home for extended family to stay for son's wedding at a winery down the road. Venue was amazing! We hosted the wedding rehearsal dinner there for approx 40 people. Tons of space to set up the buffet in the large dining room. Cindy set up tables for us in the main hall. It was perfect! Cindy was always available to help and answer any questions. This would be a great place to gather the family, a fun couples weekend getaway, a wedding venue... Thanks again Cindy for sharing this...

« This is a great place to stay. Plenty of space for everyone. Very secluded. We love the walking trail and outdoor fire pit. »

« Many times pictures do not accurately portray the property you have booked, however, this property was even better than the pictures. This house is gorgeous and the hosts have thought of everything. Caleb responds within minutes to any question you may have. The community where the house is located is safe and welcoming, and there is plenty to do if you enjoy hiking, exploring caves, or just hanging out at the property with your family. « Modern cabin with all the amenities located on a hill overlooking rolling hills and the river. Wide front porch with rocking chairs to sit and admire the views. Very quiet. Owner was very communicative and available to answer questions. This is the perfect VA getaway. 1.5 hours to Dulles, 30 mins to Middleburg, surrounded by farms and country roads. Highly recommend. »

« We loved everything about Cascade Falls! The location has the most incredible views of the mountains. The house was clean and very well stocked! It was probably the most accommodating house we have ever experienced. It has all the essentials and more! « We needed a place close to the hiking trail we were going to do that could sleep our whole group, and this was close. Unfortunately the trails were closed due to wild fires a couple nights before our stay. Because of the late notice, we couldn't cancel our stay. We had to drive an hour and a half the next morning to get to another trail where we camped, but this cabin was large enough to accommodate our church group, we just couldn't enjoy our stay as long as we had hoped.
