« Property has an amazing view. The waves sound amazing crashing into the shore. Super close access to state park. Cabin is rustic and original. We enjoyed the outdoors. Thanks for sharing your home. »

« Our stay at Martha’s was nothing short of amazing. Check in and all communication was extremely smooth. We were already super familiar with the area and the location could not be more perfect; walking distance/short drive to Reilly’s, Pemaquid Lighthouse and beach, Shaws and much more. The home was clean and well loved. The only possible downside would be having to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the main living area, but there is a patio door that could be used to avoid this. This...

« The amenities on Travelocity site does not match the amenities Vacasa sends to you after you book. No washer, no (working?) central heating (1 electric oil heater on wheels provided). Safety lists deadbolt lock but only 2 of 5 doors have a deadbolt, 2 doors have no locks or latches. Several windows also don't have locks. We didn't have anyone in our party willing to try the shower but the stains downstairs hinted it might leak. The house is acrossed the street from the water, not on the...

« The property in Westport was wonderful. Located right on a large river connecting to the ocean. Lots to see from the wraparound deck looking out over the water. The home was spacious and well-appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as high end appliances. A nice unusual feature was two vintage pinball machines in the lower level of the home. We would definitely rebook this property if we travel to the Boothbay Harbor/Wiscasset area again. »

« We had a wonderful week at Friendly Cottage. We arrived to a spectacular view of the water from the living area, master bedroom, and Adirondack chairs proximate to the water. The home is nothing short of spectacular and was very clean and very well stocked for our visit. Everything was as described. We enjoyed exploring the island and surrounding areas and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. »

« We had a large group and had more than enough beds and plenty of space to hang out. Would recommend for a big group or a family looking to spread out! »

« This place was everything we could have asked for. We were walking distance from parks, playgrounds, restaurants, and breweries. The views were outstanding, and the house had everything we could ask for and more. The hosts were great, and have amazing recommendations on things to do in the area! 10/10 all the way! »

« Rented for a long weekend with family. The location was great. House was comfortable, clean and just what we were looking for. Loved the fire pit but didn’t get a chance to use it. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. »

« As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. »

« This house is absolutely fantastic! Better than the photos!Bookmark this house right now! We were amazed at the view of the inlet. We saw seals and American bald eagles. We had such a peaceful stay in this spacious home.It is actually 4 levels and 5 bedrooms. Would be perfect for a group or large family! If you want to experience “real” Maine , this is it !! Absolutely would stay here again and recommend highly to everyone. »
