« We were here as the next to the next last stop on our way home from our vacation. I wanted a place with close proximity to the ocean somewhere along the south coast of Maine. This place fit the bill perfectly and when we arrived about 2 hours before sundown and one hour before low tide it was even more perfect. « We loved our experience on the island. Our hostess, Deb, was great and quick to respond. She made sure we had we were all set with our transportation to the island. « Reasonable price. Due to the stairs leading to the unit I wouldn’t recommend for older individuals. If you just want to catch a nights sleep it’s a good place but not inviting to sit, talk and relax. »

« This property is much more than a VRBO. It is more a 5 star hotel feel with more amenities like a full kitchen, tv/viewing room, heated floors in bathroom, etc. The host Jared asked and provided desired coffee, wine, and a wine/cheese. « The location and views from the cottage are quintessential coastal Maine. Small community with lobster pound and Maine Oyster Company across the street. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year. « Our family had a fantastic stay! We rented the home while I was performing at the Maine State Music Theatre, and it was the perfect place to relax after busy days. There were seven of us, including our two grandsons, and the house had plenty of room for everyone. It was spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful setting. « Directions to the cabin were very detailed, and check-in process was easy. Cabin was exactly as advertised, ready and clean. The Host was quick to answer any questions we had, and very accommodating when needed. Cozy cabin, beautiful view of the Ocean, and hearing the waves all day and night was spectacular.
