« The place can accommodate a fairly large group. There are four rooms in total, with one being an ensuite. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient during the morning rush. The surroundings are pleasant with a nice view. The house is clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. The TV comes with Netflix, which is a nice touch.The host is very nice and friendly. « perfect love to be back next year »

« We stay here twice a year, in the spring and fall. Highlights are the farmers market, fish market, restaurants and hiking. We also love to just sit in the living room and watch the boats. »

« The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Tout fut facile. Mais Nous N’avions pas de forfait internet pour les USA donc lorsque nous quittions le Condo, c’était plus ardu avec les communications. »

« We have traveled Midcoast Maine since childhood and have always admired this historic riverfront Wiscasset building. We were so happy for the opportunity to stay here! The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you! »

« Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again! »
